The Chester County Justice Center is located in West Chester, Pennsylvania. It serves as the Court of Common Pleas for the county, and the location for many other legal departments including the Clerk’s Office (criminal cases), Prothonotary (civil cases), Probation Department, Sheriff’s Department and Register of Wills/Orphan’s Court.
